Welcome to SixThirtyNine.com
Located in Woodstock, SixThirtyNine is in the heart of Oxford County. With access to the bounties of locally grown and produced food, customers will be able to experience first hand an ever changing seasonal menu. This comfortable thirty seat restaurant is owned and operated by a mother and son team, Pauline Bucek, Front House Director and Eric Boyar, Executive Chef. Both make a point to help you really feel invited and at home in their establishment. Feeling the need to bring the lost art of hospitality back to the restaurant industry your comfort and positive expirience is paramount. Two and a half years later they have a flourishing establishment that attracts people locally and from all over South Western Ontario.
Local seasonal fare is always reiterated on the menus, but aside from supporting the local producers and growers, SixThirtyNine features other local talent. For example, art on display in the restaurant features artists from the area. Fundraisers are held to raise awareness and money for local charities. Events such as wine and scotch tastings are put into place to educate people on the differences between individual varieties.
SixThirtyNine is also available for private functions, corporate dinners, Christmas parties and even weddings. Customized menus can be made to fit your dining needs, and tasting menus are available upon advanced request. In the summer they offer a comfortable summer patio which enables patrons to stay cool underneath the shade of the tall maple trees, as well as the aromatic breeze of the restaurants own herb garden. Customers have often referred to the cuisine at SixThirtyNine as an “epicurean delight” with a comfortable atmosphere that lets you feel at home.
